Today was our first venture out using the new ADCP (Sontek M9). Using Allen and Dumitru’s boat mount, we were able to measure river discharge with high repeatability ( 167 cms, 161 cms). We’re pretty excited about next steps where we will be measuring nutrient/carbon fluxes through river corridors!
